ABOUT US

Our story begins much like our book, in a hospital on a hill. The Chaplain Cody paid a visit to a little girl on the pediatric oncology floor. As she told them of a special cat that she had been praying about for a year, the little girl's mommy said "The Chaplain and the Cat, that would be a great children's book." The aptly named Monsieur Peluche (which is french for "Mister Fluffy") has arrived and is currently in training to assist Chaplain Cody in her work. Sadly the little girl earned her angel wings before she was able to meet this special kitty. But her mommy and the Chaplain began writing this book in her honor to help other kids with critical illnesses.

ANGEL LILLIAN HARRIS (Inspiration) - In October 2006, just one week before her 2nd birthday, Lillian was diagnosed with a rare brain tumor.
